Seller Server Classes, part of the EduClasses® family of online courseware, is pleased to announce the launch of the State of California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training Program. This online training course have been approved by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), which is responsible for setting the minimum standard for and certifying of schools to provide online Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training. The California EduClasses Alcohol Training course is designed to help licensees comply with California State Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, and emphasizes how to stop underage drinking and sales to intoxicated persons, with the goal of providing a safe environment at licensed establishments, as well as preserve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens in California communities. EduClasses® is an independent entity, separate from the RBS.
California Seller Server Alcohol Training is offered in both English. The two-hour course covers basic definitions, state laws relating to selling and serving alcohol, information regarding underaged and intoxicated customers, Dram Shop laws, and much more. Students can study the course at their own pace, check their knowledge with the course’s helpful “Knowledge Check” sections, and once complete, allow students to take their RBS Exam to receive their California RBS Server certification.
